Established in January 2021, Betsy's Billiards is not only Austin's premiere Billiard Hall & Restaurant, but a passion project years in the making. Founders Betsy Dees and Lain Thiele have a life-long passion for the game of pool, and their tireless effort to open these doors reflects that passion in this one-of-a-kind billiard hall.
